Essentially, you’ll need to engage new and relevant people on an ongoing basis – connect and follow up in person or Zoom to build trust and maintain the relationships.

80% of your business will emanate directly or indirectly from your personal network and your connections.

Creating trust and respect is essential- coffee, lunch etc. to learn more about your network , and they you, to create the opportunity for referrals.

Be prepared to collaborate where possible – offer helpful interactions and connections  and be open to new connections and not introspective.

Be selfless up to a point- be open and helpful, as this can pay dividends.

Keep your network fresh- people retire and change roles.
