At ChairX we have created a unique format for hosting events that is engaging and inclusive and fosters strong business networking through Zoom based discussion.

At ChairX we can offer your business a White Label "Your Company" branded channel “Powered by ChairX” so that you can use our modus operandi but host your own events for your community, with or without the addition of any ChairX members.

In this way you can start engaging your community quickly and effectively with a proven approach to both peer group engagement and business networking.

This can be live within a day if you have the subjects, speakers/hosts and dates available.

All the relevant links can be set up on your website and you can start promoting immediately, in the knowledge that the event formats are proven and will have a consistent look and feel.

How will this work?

You agree a schedule of events, dates and subjects for 12 months.

You select hosts who are probably already in your network who run the discussion/event as “the expert in the room” for that 60- or 90-minute fully interactive session. We brief them on the ChairX approach.

You choose your own moderator/s- we brief, as required.

You use your own Zoom link so that you have full control of the process.

Exclusivity: you have your own Zoom branding with only the addition of “Powered by ChairX” on page one or background Zoom screen. Logo above.

You allocate a marketing executive to “own” the "Powered by ChairX " events and we support them in setting it up etc.

You maybe able to use the ChairX platform to host your events and/or potentially other event hosting platforms such as Eventbrite etc. If you wish to open the events to ChairX members, the event will need to be hosted on our platform.

You promote the event links in your marketing material: on Linked In, your website etc., as required, to your connections, contact list or Members Club. You will have full control over who you invite .

Our Modus Operandi is fully itemised and will be shared in a document, and our CEO, Caroline Hayward, will be available to explain the process in more detail and to support new hosts and moderators.

12 events per annum- more by agreement.

Cost from £1000.00 plus VAT per event per month.

Paid monthly, quarterly or annually, as required.

1 year commitment rolling with 3 months’ notice.
