 About Ulrika Dellrud

 

 

“Ulrika Dellrud is a globally recognized thought leader in privacy and data, AI, emerging tech, digital ethics, ESG, and open data. Her career spans 25 years of global operational and strategic privacy and data experience, having served as EMEA and global chief privacy officer in several big multinational companies.  She is currently the chief privacy and data ethics officer at Smarter Contracts and is in parallel a board advisor, advising companies on their data strategies.  Ulrika regularly engages with regulators and authorities globally to help drive the global data discussion and is a member of the European Data Protection Board’s pool of experts.  A Swedish and US-qualified attorney and member of the New York bar, she is a long-term member of the IAPP and currently serves on its AI professional governance board.  She is also a board member of ISACA Belgium.

Ulrika is a long-time mentor and coach and an enthusiast for developing the careers of younger professionals in the field of data and is a member of Women in Privacy and engaged in ISACA’s SheLeadsTech program.”
