Zoom "Mood music is changing on DE&I” with Portfolio NED Francesca Ecsery
"Mood music is changing on DE&I” That line captures what we see in headlines and political debate right now. But headlines aren’t the whole story. When we look at what actually moves business performance (innovation, decision-quality, customer insight, employee engagement and retention ) the evidence is clear: companies that invested in DE&I for strategic reasons have seen measurable business gains. What’s changing is sometimes the language they use in public; what’s not changing is the underlying logic: diversity improves results. In this session Francesca will share her tips and insight on how to process diversity, equity and inclusion discussions in the boardroom.
