ChairX and Liberte Coaching have come together to offer Chairs, NED’s and Board Directors a unique opportunity for 6 bespoke sessions of 1-1 Coaching with an expert, to perfect and enhance your Board skills and understanding and become as proficient as possible in the new role.
This 6-session course is not just for new Board Directors but also experienced individuals who wish to grow in their role as Chair, NED, Board Director, whether in-house in a Company or as an individual portfolio Board Director.
Individuals in Chair/NED & Board Director roles will return to their Boards with enhanced Board skills as well as greater insight and understanding.
As Corporates you can engage your key Board Members/Executive/Non-Executive team and optimise your Board meetings more fully, by offering your key players this 1-1 coaching, learning and development opportunity.
The sessions are one hour long and can be done in any timeframe on Teams/Zoom.
