Presentation+ Discussion: Zoom --" Role of the Chair- an evolving role" An essential session for Chairs and NED's. This session is constantly updated. The session will consider how the ‘first amongst equals’, the leader of the Board of Directors, can be even more effective.
The role of the leader of the board is undergoing significant change from “control and command” through to a model of an “emotionally intelligent facilitator” who enables their board of directors to add value to the Companies they serve.
This practical and contemporary session will look at the developing expectations of this critical role, the competencies, mindset, behaviours and skills demanded for effective leaders of boards. Although a repeat, this session is updated constantly.
