Developing Your Portfolio

Developing a portfolio is a marathon rather than a sprint, that usually involves exploring different roles and opportunities until you find what suits you best.

Do you want to be an advisor, a non-exec or even a Chair?

The various transition stages from full time executive roles to portfolio include independent management consultant to board advisor, to non-exec director and even startup investor, and of course combinations of all of these, including running a portfolio in parallel with a day job.

It requires persistence, patience and lots, and lots of networking.

Join us for what will prove a useful, fun and interactive discussion.
