Developing a portfolio is a marathon rather than a sprint, that usually involves exploring different roles and opportunities until you find what suits you best.

Fin O'Leary

Internationally experienced, commercially driven, digital technology and business operations leader, non-exec director and board advisor, mentoring and guiding transformational change across financial & corporate environments.

In addition to his deep banking and fintech knowledge, he advises across a variety of industry sectors on digital business strategy development, with a focus on digitization, platform ecosystems and wide scale business transformation to increase revenue, agility and drive sustainable growth. He has a keen interest in next-gen cybersecurity, staff identity analytics/management and data protection.

Extensive international experience having worked in Europe, North America, South East Asia, China and the GCC. His broad business acumen comes from his executive roles as CIO where his remit extended across strategy, operations, finance, governance, sustainability and product vs platform economics.
